Winship Construction has just completed the construction of Seashore Middle Academy at 15437 SPID on Padre Island in Corpus Christi. We are very pleased with the quality of construction, the attention to detail, and the attentiveness to the needs of the owner.

Our campus is a 16,000 square foot middle school designed to meet the needs of 300 students and staff. Dan Winship participated in all phases of construction. He worked with the architects, engineers, and numerous vendors to help us get the best possible facility for our limited budget. He offered us several value engineering options that allowed us to afford amenities that would not have otherwise been possible.

As I walked through the building with Dan to compile the punch list. I found him to be more demanding of his crew and the quality of their work than I was. His entire crew was courteous and considerate; always willing to work with me. They kept the job site clean. His office staff has responded promptly to each and every request concerning construction issues as well as financial matters.
